Alchemic Kitchen

Alchemic Kitchen is an action-based project that works to address food access and injustice in the Northwest. The experimental development space that takes fresh food and surplus edibles in danger of being wasted and transforms them into new products.

Working with local farmers, growers and food producers; support other social enterprises and cooperatives; and work with communities to develop new skills and employment opportunities.

What’s next

We’re currently working on producing a series of recipe books. We have also commissioned Poppy Moore to create a suite of original illustrations.
